Announce :

PyKota v1.24HotFix3 Official packages and MegaPacks are now available for download from the usual place.

Summary of changes :

• The MySQL database schema was changed once again to workaround some MySQL "features".
• The code now relies on pkipplib v0.04 or higher and automatically uses the old method of reading IPP requests from the disk in case a connection error occurs when talking to the CUPS print server.
• A minor problem was fixed in the cupspykota backend's cleanup code, which could have caused print jobs' data files to remain on disk even with "keepfiles: no" in pykota.conf if a severe error occured.
