For an user to be considered a PyKota Administrator, he must be allowed to read the ~pykota/pykotadmin.conf configuration file.
Users root and pykota are by default the only PyKota Administrators. By changing other users' group membership and/or permissions on PyKota's configuration files, you can allow more people to be PyKota Administrators.
PyKota is now Freely available to All
